KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-44 VC
Release agent in powder form based on inert minerals with wetting agents, defoamers and anti-corrosion additives for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds. Antitack BTO-44 VC has been developed according to economic and ecological aspects. All liquid components are more than 80 % biodegradable.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-48 VC
Powdered antitack agent, basically containing inert minerals in combination with detergents, anti-foam and anti-rust agents for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds, endless strips and granules. The product itself is most suitable for batch-off machines with spraying and dipping systems.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-7
Non-foaming transparent release agent for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber sheets, strips or granules, which is particularly suitable for use in spraying systems. The high proportion of wetting agents ensures good wetting of the unvulcanized rubber compound and high effectiveness.
KETTLITZ-Antitack HC-310
Release agent concentrate in paste form with 100 % active content based on magnesium stearate with surfactants, antifoam agents and anti-corrosion-additives for the treatment of uncured rubber compounds as sheets, endless strips or granules. The product can be used in batch-off-units which are working with spraying or dipping facilities.
KETTLITZ-Antitack NP-97
High-quality zinc stearate dispersion for use as a release agent for all types of raw rubber compounds. The zinc stearate particles melt at approx. 120 °C and are then absorbed by the rubber compound. Antitack NP-97 has no negative influence on mold fouling or the rubber-metal bond.
KETTLITZ-Antitack NP-97/TY-40
Highly concentrated zinc stearate dispersion (approx. 40 % zinc stearate) for use as a release agent for unvulcanized rubber compounds. Antitack NP-97/TY-40 is particularly suitable for use in spraying systems. The zinc stearate dispersion contains an additional proportion of an emulsifier, which guarantees easy dispersibility in water.
KETTLITZ-Dispergator DS
Processing aid for compounds based on NR, EPDM, IIR and NBR. The processing behavior of rubber compounds during injection molding and incorporation of fillers is improved. Dispergator DS does not affect peroxide vulcanization.
