Polymer and water-free processing aid in granular form for natural and synthetic rubbers. Dispergator OX accelerates the incorporation of fillers and other compound components and has an excellent effect on the injection and extrusion properties while at the same time improving the surface quality of the rubber compound. Dispergator OX reduces the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound and is therefore suitable as a mastication aid for NR and IR. Dispergator OX is also suitable for rubber compounds that are vulcanized in pressureless vulcanization systems.
