KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 60
Highly effective chemical degradation agent for natural and isoprene rubber. Mediaplast 60 is based on DBD combined with a newly developed catalyst system. It shows excellent results even in the lower temperature range, so that it can be used in the internal mixer and on the open mill.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 62
Further development of the product KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 60 with the aim of further improving cost efficiency. Mediaplast 62 is a highly effective mastication aid for natural and isoprene rubber, based on dibenzamidodiphenyl disulphide (DBD). The activity of the activator/catalyst system has been optimized by a new processing technique.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast AT
Processing aid to reduce the stickyness/tack of the surface of CR and IIR compounds. Mediaplast AT is very effective even at low dosages. Particularly effective in rubber compounds based on ACM.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast EV/F
Highly effective processing aid, especially against the tackiness of EVA compounds with a vinyl acetate content of more than 40 %. Mediaplast EV/F also reduces or eliminates the tackiness of rubber compounds based on polymers such as EPDM, CR and ACM rubber. Mediaplast EV/F is highly effective even at low dosages.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast GL10
Effective tackifier for rubber compounds based on natural and synthetic rubber. The product is delivered in a non-dusty powder form which is easy to incorporate and is classified as non-staining.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast LCCP/GR
Mediaplast LCCP/GR Preparation of a long-chain, chlorinated paraffin (chlorine content approx. 50 %) on silica as a carrier in granulate form for use as a polar plasticizer, polarizing agent for mixtures based on non-polar
synthetic rubber or in combination with antimony trioxide to make rubber mixtures flame-retardant.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast PK
Tackifier based on liquid synthetic resins with aromatic character in powder form for use in polar rubber compounds such as NBR, HBNR, CR or EVA. The adhesion of unvulcanized rubber compounds to other materials such as textiles, metals or other unvulcanized rubber compounds is significantly improved.
