Processing aid to reduce the stickyness/tack of the surface of CR and IIR compounds. Mediaplast AT is very effective even at low dosages. Particularly effective in rubber compounds based on ACM.

Highly effective processing aid, especially against the tackiness of EVA compounds with a vinyl acetate content of more than 40 %. Mediaplast EV/F also reduces or eliminates the tackiness of rubber compounds based on polymers such as EPDM, CR and ACM rubber. Mediaplast EV/F is highly effective even at low dosages.

Non-staining, synthetic secondary plasticizer for PVC plastisols. It lowers the viscosity, permits higher filler loadings, which leads to cost reduction.

Special ester plasticizer for use in polar synthetic rubbers such as NBR, NBR/PVC, HNBR, CR, ACM, ECO and similar. Mediaplast NB-4 shows very low volatility at high temperatures, but at the same time has a low pour point and is therefore ideal for the production of heat-resistant vulcanizates, which should still be flexible at low temperatures. Mediaplast NB-5 is a phthalate-free blend of an adipic acid ester for use in polar synthetic rubber compounds such as NBR, H- and XNBR, CM/CSM, CR, ECO, etc. Due to its low volatility and extremely low pour point, Mediaplast NB-5 is equally suitable for heat-resistant and cold-resistant rubber articles. Due to its light inherent color, Mediaplast NB-5 can also be used for the production of light-colored or colored rubber compounds.
