KETTLITZ-Pertac/GR
Pertac/GR 60 % granular preparation of a liquid 1.2-polybutadiene for use in peroxide or sulphur cured rubber compounds. The low viscosity of the polybutadiene improves the processability of the rubber compound. In peroxide vulcanization, the addition of Pertac/GR improves the level of cross-linking and the physical values.
KETTLITZ-Silanogran HVS
50 % active preparation of an oligomeric vinyl silane to improve physical and electrical properties of peroxide cured rubber compounds. Silanogran HVS reacts only with silica, kaolin, fillers containing SiO2 groups or aluminum hydroxide.
KETTLITZ-Silanogran M
50 % active mercapto silane granules to improve physical properties of sulfur cured rubber compounds. Silanogran M reacts only with silica or fillers containing SiO2 groups.
KETTLITZ-Silanogran PST-15 E
Alternative product to the well-known product KETTLITZ-Silanogran PV. It is the 50% granular form of a tri-ethoxy-silyl-groups containing polybutadiene on a mineral carrier. The advantage of this product over Silanogran PV is that the silanization reaction liberates ethanol instead of methanol.
