KETTLITZ-Mediaplast NB-500
Phthalate-free mixture of ester plasticizer without hazard identification for the use in polar polymers like NBR, H- and XNBR, CM/CSM, CR, ECO, etc. Also availible in powder form as 70 % active dry liquid on silica carrier: Mediaplast NB-500/P
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast NB-7
Special diisononyl dicarboxylic acid ester for the replacement of existing phthalate plasticizers in rubber compounds based on polar rubbers such as NBR, HNBR, CR, ACM, VAMAC. Also availible in powder form as 70 % active dry liquid on silica carrier: Mediaplast NB-7/P
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast PK
Tackifier based on liquid synthetic resins with aromatic character in powder form for use in polar rubber compounds such as NBR, HBNR, CR or EVA. The adhesion of unvulcanized rubber compounds to other materials such as textiles, metals or other unvulcanized rubber compounds is significantly improved.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast PM
Universally applicable non-coloring synthetic plasticizer with good low-temperature behavior. Mediaplast PM has excellent compatibility with practically all elastomers. Also good compatibility in polynorbornene and CR. Only limited compatibility in NBR. Also availible in powder form as 70 % active dry liquid on silica carrier: Mediaplast PM/P
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast PS-1
Synthetic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene. Primarily for use in elastomers with low to medium polarity, e.g. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M, but also CR, CM/CSM, EVA and polynorbornene. Also availible in powder form as 70 % active dry liquid on silica carrier: Mediaplast PS-1/P
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast PX-2
Semi-synthetic paraffin-based hydrocarbon for use in elastomers with low polarity (e.g. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EPDM); non-staining with high UV ageing resistance. Also availible in powder form as 70 % active dry liquid on silica carrier: Mediaplast PX-2/P
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast WH
Non-discoloring processing aid and homogenizer. In rubber compounds based on NBR, EPDM, SBR and EVA, Mediaplast WH improves processability and tack/stickiness. Mediaplast WH supports the incorporation and distribution of fillers and also has excellent compatibility in all common elastomers.
