KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-15
Biodegradable release agent for spraying and dipping systems for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber sheets, strips, pellets or granules. After drying, the translucent release agent leaves a rough and therefore grippy, wafer-thin polymer film on the rubber compound, so that the feeding behavior during further processing in extruders or on the roller is favored.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-20
Mandrel release agent for the production of rubber hoses vulcanized on metal mandrels in autoclaves. The use of Antitack BTO-20 ensures that the vulcanized rubber hose can be easily removed from the metal mandrel without sticking. Antitack BTO-20 is water-soluble and silicone-free.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-30
Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for use in batch-off dipping and spraying systems for the treatment of rubber sheets, strips, granules and blanks.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-31 LF
Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for use in batch-off dipping and spraying systems for the treatment of rubber sheets, strips, granules and blanks. Due to the extremely fine particles of the magnesium stearate used and the excellent dispersion stability of the release agent, an almost transparent release agent film is formed, which is absorbed by the rubber compound at approx. 90 °C. The detergents, corrosion inhibitors and defoamer components contained in Antitack BTO-31 LF guarantee maintenance-free operation of the batch-off system. A special additive allows the release agent concentration to be determined via the conductivity.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-31 LF K
A biocide-stabilized Antitack BTO-31 LF variant which offers increased resistance to bacterial growth whilst not being subjected to labelling. Same usage/application as Antitack BTO-31 LF.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-33
Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for use as a release agent for unvulcanized rubber compounds. The magnesium stearate is partially hydrophilic due to a special manufacturing process and is concentrated in the upper part of the release agent bath. The release agent film of Antitack BTO-33 dries very quickly and is absorbed by the rubber compound at a temperature of approx. 90 °C. Antitack BTO-33 was developed under the latest ecological aspects.
KETTLITZ-Antitack BTO-35
Magnesium stearate dispersion of high efficiency for the treatment of rubber sheets, stripes, granules and blanks in batch-off systems (dip tank or spraying system) as well as for Barwell equipment. Especially recommended for equipment which requires slippery, lubricated compound surfaces.
