Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for use in batch-off dipping and spraying systems for the treatment of rubber sheets, strips, granules and blanks (also for Barwell machines). Compared to our Antitack BTO-31 LF, the release agent film is clearly more visible after drying. The larger amount of magnesium stearate that remains on the compound surface after drying also improves the release effect, which is important for particularly soft and sticky rubber compounds.

Powder release agent based on inert minerals with wetting agents, defoamers and anti-corrosion additives for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds. The release agent film remaining on the compound surface after drying is almost transparent. Antitack BTO-40 TP has been developed according to economic and ecological aspects. The product can be used in batch-off-units which are working with spraying or dipping facilities.

High-quality zinc stearate dispersion for use as a release agent for all types of raw rubber compounds. The zinc stearate particles melt at approx. 120 °C and are then absorbed by the rubber compound. Antitack NP-97 has no negative influence on mold fouling or the rubber-metal bond.
