KETTLITZ-Haftolat

Highly effective processing aid made from EPM rubber for rubber compounds based on EPDM, IIR, NBR and CR rubber. The incorporation and distribution of fillers and other rubber chemicals is significantly improved, so that mixing times can be reduced. In polychloroprene in particular, the mixing temperature can be lowered in many cases, reducing the risk of scorching. Haftolat behaves neutrally during sulphur and peroxide vulcanization.

Powdered version of Haftolat, consisting of 75 % Haftolat and 25 % silica.

KETTLITZ-Kezadol CH

Very fine white powdered calcium hydroxide content of about 97.5 %. The finely ground quality of Kezadol CH alleviates the incorporation and dispersion of the material into polymer compounds. The alkalinity of Kezadol CH serves e. g. as an acceptor for hydrofluoric-acid in bisphenolic vulcanization systems.

KETTLITZ-Kezadol DAB-P

Calcium oxide powder treated with especially clean paraffin oil produced according to DAB 10 (Deutsches Apothekerbuch 10). The additive used meets the requirements of the "European Directive for Plastics" 2002/72/EG. The product has an active calcium oxide content of approx. 90 % and can be used as desiccant in rubber and/or plastics compounds.

KETTLITZ-Kezadol PCI

Surface-treated calcium oxide powder which is used as a moisture binder in TPEs, plastic compounds and especially in PVC plastisols to prevent bubbles caused by moisture. The CaO used in the production of Kezadol PCI is extremely finely divided. In the production of foamed TPEs and plastics, a more uniform pore structure is achieved by using Kezadol PCI.
