  • Plasticizer

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 650 A

A Synthetic plasticizer with low volatility and good low-temperature behaviour. Particularly suitable for use in EPDM and IIR rubber as well as in all non-polar elastomers. Incompatible in highly polar elastomers such as NBR. Also availible in powder form as 70 % active dry liquid on silica carrier: Mediaplast 650 A/P

  • Processing aids

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast AT

Processing aid to reduce the stickyness/tack of the surface of CR and IIR compounds. Mediaplast AT is very effective even at low dosages. Particularly effective in rubber compounds based on ACM.

  • Processing aids

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast EV/F

Highly effective processing aid, especially against the tackiness of EVA compounds with a vinyl acetate content of more than 40 %. Mediaplast EV/F also reduces or eliminates the tackiness of rubber compounds based on polymers such as EPDM, CR and ACM rubber. Mediaplast EV/F is highly effective even at low dosages.

  • Processing aids

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast GL10

Effective tackifier for rubber compounds based on natural and synthetic rubber. The product is delivered in a non-dusty powder form which is easy to incorporate and is classified as non-staining.

  • Processing aids

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast LCCP/GR

Mediaplast LCCP/GR Preparation of a long-chain, chlorinated paraffin (chlorine content approx. 50 %) on silica as a carrier in granulate form for use as a polar plasticizer, polarizing agent for mixtures based on non-polar
synthetic rubber or in combination with antimony trioxide to make rubber mixtures flame-retardant.

  • Plasticizer

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast LTX

Synthetic ester plasticizer for latex dipping applications to reduce viscosity and increase flexibility of the finished latex product.

  • Plasticizer

KETTLITZ-Mediaplast MA

Non-staining, synthetic secondary plasticizer for PVC plastisols. It lowers the viscosity, permits higher filler loadings, which leads to cost reduction.
