KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 40
Homogenizer for polymer blends. Mediaplast 40 supports the incorporation and distribution of fillers and at the same time increases homogeneity. Mediaplast 40 is slightly discoloring and should not be used in light-colored compounds. The compatibility in all common standard elastomers is excellent.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 45
Cost-effective further development of KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 40. Highly effective and zinc-free homogenizing and physical peptizing agent, consisting of aromatic plasticizers and fatty acids. It is especially recommended for the use in NR, SBR, and polymer blends.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 50
Masticating agent and homogenizer, especially for NR or polymer compounds/ blends with natural rubber content. Mediaplast 50 reduces the Mooney viscosity and positively influences the processing behavior of the rubber compound as well as the rubber compound flow. The incorporation and dispersion of fillers is significantly improved. Excellent compatibility in all standard elastomers.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 55
Combination of homogenizer and chemical degradation agent. It allows polymer blends to be produced much faster and therefore more effectively. It has an excellent influence on the filler dispersion.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 57
Combination of homogenizer and chemical degradation agent specially developed for rubber compounds based on natural rubber or containing natural rubber as a polymer component.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 60
Highly effective chemical degradation agent for natural and isoprene rubber. Mediaplast 60 is based on DBD combined with a newly developed catalyst system. It shows excellent results even in the lower temperature range, so that it can be used in the internal mixer and on the open mill.
KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 62
Further development of the product KETTLITZ-Mediaplast 60 with the aim of further improving cost efficiency. Mediaplast 62 is a highly effective mastication aid for natural and isoprene rubber, based on dibenzamidodiphenyl disulphide (DBD). The activity of the activator/catalyst system has been optimized by a new processing technique.
